Cook returning to #59; HT Motorsports entertaining idea of second team:

“Going back to the 59 truck really rejuvenated me,” Cook said. “All of a sudden it was fun to go back to the track again. We enjoyed going out there and running up at the front every week. I haven’t been more excited about the start of a new season in a long time and we have high expectations once we get to Daytona and the rest of the 25 race schedule. I truly think with what Jim has in place we can race for wins every week.” HT Motorsports would also entertain the possibility of fielding a second team in 2009 under the right conditions. “We’ve wanted to expand to two trucks for a couple of years but the opportunity hasn’t ever been right,” Harris said. “We’d look at any opportunities right now. Whether it’s a rookie with some sponsorship or it’s forming an alliance of some sort. We have a great race shop and we’re in an area that really welcomes motorsports businesses. We are far enough away from the Charlotte area that we don’t have a lot of the employee turnover that you see down there, but close enough that we have immediate access to all of the latest information and technology. I think we’re in a great position to see some success in 2009 and beyond.”(HT Motorsports PR)(11-26-2008)
