In addition to establishing a new single-day mark for ticket sales, Atlanta Motor Speedways ticket sales for the Pep Boys Auto 500 are up significantly over 2008 sales as of the close of business on Monday. Yesterday was the best day for ticket sales in my 17 years at Atlanta Motor Speedway and it really speaks to the anticipation surrounding our first night race, said Ed Clark, Atlanta Motor Speedway president and general manager.
