Rob Fuller, co-owner owner of #23-R3 Motorsports Nationwide team will be a busy man this week at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The Boylston, Massachusetts native will pilot the #71 Ford in Saturday’s NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event, the New Hampshire 100.
