Seven-time Bowman Gray Stadium Modified track champion, Tim Brown will now embark on the NASCAR Camping World Series in front of his native Virginians at the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway on October 24th driving for Rick Ware Racing. Fastwax.com sponsorship will be on the hood and quarter panels. Brown finished second in the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour championship standings three consecutive seasons, 2006-2008. UPDATE: Tim Brown will be behind the wheel of the SS Green Light Racing’s #08 with sponsor Fastwax.com on board. Brown has been spotlighted in 2009 on the new television show “Madhouse” about NASCAR Modified drivers at the Winston-Salem, North Carolina track, Bowman-Gray. The show will air in January.
