During a post-qualifying interview, Kevin Harvick was asked the following:
Q: Can you talk about where you are as far as funding or sponsorship or plans for your two trucks for next season?
A: Well his (Hornaday) truck will race regardless. It’s going to race for a championship. We’ll probably do a lot like we did this year with the second truck. Hopefully we won’t have the third truck. We had to fulfill some commitments and wound up with the third truck on the track more than I would have wanted to but for the most part it will be myself and (Ryan) Newman and we’ll see how the rest of it falls on the second truck.”(Team Chevy PR)(10-23-2009)
