#1-Jamie McMurray and his EGR team will return to Superspeedway racing this weekend at Talladega. After an impressive February Speedweeks at Daytona coming home with the Daytona 500 trophy, the team certainly looks to be a contender at the 2.66 tri-oval. McMurray has won the last two restrictor-plate races in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series having won the 2009 fall event at Talladega and the 2010 Daytona 500. His victory marked his best finish at Talladega where he also has four top-fives and five top-10s. His best start was in the 2003 fall race when he started on the outside pole.(EGR)(4-12-2010)
