  • #1-Jamie McMurray: Kevin ‘Bono’ Manion has decided to bring chassis #1004. This is a brand new chassis and was tested in the recent Charlotte Motor Speedway test in March of 2010.
    #2-Kurt Busch will be racing the “PRS-712” Miller Lite Dodge Charger in this weekend’s action at Dover International Speedway. This as another one of the brand new cars coming out of Penske Racing’s Mooresville, N.C., team headquarters.
    #5-Mark Martin: crew chief Alan Gustafson has chosen Chassis No. 5-600 for Sunday’s race at Dover. This is a brand new chassis that never has been raced or tested.
    #6-David Ragan: Chassis: Primary: RK-626 which ran at Phoenix in Oct 2009 finished 19th The backup chassis is RK-620 which was last ran Last ran Vegas ‘“ finished 23rd. The Pleasantville Center (SLIC ‘“ 0840) in the Chesapeake District was selected for the May 16 Dover 400 in Dover, DE as part of the UPS Center Recognition Program. The Pleasantville Center is recognized for their outstanding achievements in the areas of safety, growth and service.
    #11-Denny Hamlin: and the FedEx team will unload Chassis JGR 259 this weekend in Dover. This car made four starts in 2009 and recorded second-place finishes at both Loudon and Texas. JGR 256 will serve as the backup this weekend ‘“ it started four races in 2009 and posted three top-five finishes. FedEx Express Akron, Ohio Center Along for the Ride in Dover: The #11 FedEx Freight Toyota will carry the letters AKR on the B-posts this weekend at Dover in recognition of the Akron service center being named the Northeast Division center of the year. The team is being honored as a center of excellence based on the key performance metrics of people, service and profit.
    #12-Brad Keselowski: The #12 Penske Dodge Charger team will use chassis PRS-713 during Sundays NASCAR Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway. Keselowski drove chassis PRS-713 to a 21st-place finish at Auto Club Speedway in February.
    #14-Tony Stewart: is running Chassis No. 14-530 which was a brand new racecar for 2009 that, prior to its debut at Richmond in May, had only been tested in the wind tunnel. At Richmond, Stewart used Chassis No. 14-530 to qualify 16th and rally and score his second runner-up effort of the season. It was also run at New Hampshire in June, Richmond in September and Martinsville in October. The offseason brought about a complete rebuild for Chassis No. 14-530 in preparation for its first start of 2010 at the concrete-clad Bristol, where it qualified 11th and finished second. Its sixth career start and second of 2010 comes this weekend at Dover.
    #19-Elliott Sadler: The #19 Stanley Ford Fusion team led by crew chief Wally Rogers has prepared chassis No. 652. This is a brand new Ford Fusion specifically for this weekend’s event at Dover International Speedway.
    #29-Kevin Harvick: will pilot Chassis #288 from the Richard Childress Racing NASCAR Sprint Cup Series stable. Earlier in the year, this Chevrolet scored a runner-up finish at Auto Club Speedway and finished ninth at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Additionally, Harvick raced this chassis three times in the latter part of the 2009 season, finishing 18th at Charlotte Motor Speedway, fifth at Texas Motor Speedway and third at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
    #31-Jeff Burton: will pilot chassis #302 from the Richard Childress Racing NASCAR Sprint Cup Series stable. Built new for 2010, Burton drove this Caterpillar Chevy to a 12th-place finish at Texas Motor Speedway last month where he overcame a pit road commitment line violation to be in contention for the win, leading with 10 laps to go. However, a nine-car incident brought out a lengthy red flag and after the engines re-fired and green-flag racing continued, the handling on the No. 31 Chevy went away in the closing laps and Burton held on to finish 12th.
    #33-Clint Bowyer: will pilot Chassis #298 from the Richard Childress Racing NASCAR Sprint Cup Series stable. This is a brand new Chevrolet that will be put through its first paces this weekend.
    #42-Juan Pablo Montoya: Team Target used chassis #903 this season in the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway where Montoya qualified sixth and finished 26th after being involved in a 13-car incident. This chassis also ran twice last year by the No. 42 team (Michigan- June, Chicago- July) where it finished sixth and tenth.
    #43-A.J. Allmendinger: The #43 Richard Petty Motorsports team led by crew chief Mike Shiplett has prepared chassis No. 288 for this weekend’s 400 mile race in Dover. This car was last run at the event at Bristol Motor Speedway where Allmendinger drove to a 17th-place finish.
    #48-Jimmie Johnson: Primary chassis #558 was last driven by Johnson to a 12th-place result at Atlanta Motor Speedway in March.. Backup chassis #553 has been driven four times, three of which resulted in victories (Indy 7/09, California 10/09, California 2/10).
    #88-Dale Earnhardt Jr.: This weekend, McGrew and the #88 crew will unload Hendrick Motorsports Chassis No. 88-578 at Dover. Earnhardt last raced this chassis at Bristol Motor Speedway in March, when he scored a seventh-place finish. This car first saw action at Auto Club Speedway in February, when Earnhardt finished 32nd.
    #98-Paul Menard: Crew chief Slugger Labbe and the #98 Richard Petty Motorsports crew have prepared chassis No. 560 for this weekend’s race on the one-mile oval. This is a brand new Ford Fusion.
    #99-Carl Edwards: The #99 team will be unloading chassis RK-596 this weekend. This is the same Ford Fusion that Edwards raced at Bristol in March and finished sixth. (from team PR’s/sites if reported)(5-15-2010)
