Tim Schendel in the #52 at Phoenix: Sparta, WI driver, Tim Schendel, will be behind the wheel of the #52 Means Chevy in this weekend’s NASCAR Nationwide Series Basha Supermarkets 200 in Avondale, AZ. This will be the second season that Schendel has driven for car owner, Jimmy Means, on a part-time basis. “I’m so thankful to be given this great opportunity again by Jimmy.” Schendel said. “The Phoenix International Speedway is one of my favorite tracks to race on and to be able to do it in a Nationwide car is going to be a great experience.” The car will be sponsored by Mathews, Inc., a manufacturer of a diverse line of archery equipment, bow components and accessories for authorized retailers all over the world.
