Nelson Piquet Jr. will be making his 40th NCWTS start this Saturday night under the lights in Joliet, Ill. In his 40 starts, Piquet Jr. has captured an impressive nine top-fives and 15 top-ten finishes. The title sponsor for the Turner Motorsports #30 Chevrolet this weekend at Chicagoland Speedway is Goodland, Indiana-based design company Polen Designs. The mastermind behind the company, artist Austin Polen, paints Piquet Jr.’s Bell helmets. Austin Polen is a former racer himself, making his unique and trendy designs especially eye-catching at the racetrack. In addition to the 225 miles Piquet Jr. will be racing on Saturday evening, he will be completing an extra 13.1 miles during his stay in Chicago, Ill.
