In the second weekend of the Olympics, ESPN’s live telecast of the rain-delayed NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Pocono Raceway on Sunday, Aug. 5, earned a 3.3 household coverage rating (2.9 U.S. rating), averaging 4,448,849 viewers, according to the Nielsen Company.
