Teams in both the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series will run the same tire at Watkins Glen this weekend . . . they will run the same tire code on all four tire positions . . . this is the same tire code that these teams ran at Watkins Glen last season . . . Sprint Cup teams also ran this code on all four tire positions at Infineon Raceway earlier this season, and on the right-side for the last two races at Martinsville . . . Nationwide teams have also run this code at Elkhart Lake in each of the last two seasons, and will run it at Montreal next weekend . . . as on all NASCAR road courses, teams will not run inner liners in their tires at Watkins Glen.
