The special sauce that goes on all Coney dogs comes from Jackson, Mich.,-based Todoroff Foods, the company that brought Coney dogs to the state. Have you ever wondered where you can get that special bun that surrounds the juicy eight-ounce angus burger? The fresh brioche roll comes from Stone Hearth Breads and Bakery, just three miles from MIS in Brooklyn. That’s 2,000 rolls – all locally baked. Backwoods BBQ concession stand in section 15 has added a new item to its expansive menu and it is sure to be a hit among race fans. The cornmeal dusted PO ‘ Boy sandwich with a spicy remoulade sauce is unique to the Irish Hills.
