Tickets for the Kansas Lottery 98.9, which includes the Theory of a Deadman and Adelitas Way concerts, are just $9.89 in advance. On race day (Oct. 19), general admission tickets to the Kansas Lottery 98.9, Theory of a Deadman and Adelitas Way concerts will be $10.
