NASCAR will open the Chase for the Sprint Cup at Chicagoland Speedway for the third consecutive year in 2013. Steve O ‘Donnell, NASCAR’s senior vice president of race operations, said before Sunday’s Chase opener that the 1�-mile track will host the first of the 10 playoff races again.
