Todd Gordon, in his first season as a Sprint Cup crew chief, will return to Penske Racing’s #22 car in 2013, the team confirmed Wednesday. Gordon will be the crew chief for new Penske driver Joey Logano, who is joining the organization after this season. Logano tweeted Wednesday: ‘I ‘m Excited to announce that Todd Gordon will be the crew chief of the Shell/Pennzoil 22 car next year.’ Gordon replaced Steve Addington as crew chief of the #22 car after a successful season as a Nationwide Series crew chief at Penske.(Sporting News)(11-1-2012)
