#48-Jimmie Johnson won the 55th Annual Daytona 500, his 61st victory in 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. Johnson also won the Daytona 500 in 2006. He becomes the 10th driver to win multiple Daytona 500s. Johnson is the sixth driver to win in his 400th start. The others were Lee Petty, Richard Petty, David Pearson, Dave Marcis and Dale Earnhardt. This is his second victory and 10th top-10 finish in 23 races at Daytona International Speedway. #88-Dale Earnhardt Jr. (second) posted his 15th top-10 finish in 27 races at Daytona International Speedway. It is his first top-10 finish in 2013. #55-Mark Martin (third) posted his 20th top-10 finish in 55 races at Daytona International Speedway. #10-Danica Patrick (eighth) was the highest finishing rookie. She is the first female driver to score a top-10 finish in the Daytona 500. The previous highest Daytona 500 finish by a female was Janet Guthries 11th-place finish in 1980.
