History will be made this week in Bristol and not just on the race track. Thats because Bristol Motor Speedway will introduce its own scanner station this week. Visitors to the track will be able to listen to the radio-style station through either a scanner or through a mobile app. Some of the content that will be found on the scanner station include updates on traffic and weather, pre and post-race shows, interviews, driver appearances and questions from social media. The radio will be available on scanner frequency 454.5000, or mobile users can download the Bristol LIVE app .( Kingsport Times News )
