Chip Ganassi Racing Teams announced a new partnership with Japan’s largest oil company, JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corp., which will see their brand, ENEOS, as the primary sponsor on the #42 Chevy Camaro for two NASCAR Nationwide Series races with driver Kyle Larson at Turner Scott Motorsports. Larson will compete in the ENEOS colors in the History 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday, May 24, as well as the Food City 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway on Friday, August 22. In addition, ENEOS will be a full-time associate partner on the #42 Chevy Camaro throughout the remainder of the NNS season. ENEOS has a long and successful history in numerous racing series around the world, but has yet to expand its sponsorship to the higher ranks of NASCAR. In partnering with CGRT, ENEOS joins the only NNS driver of Japanese ancestry, and has an exciting stage on which to showcase their brand.(Chip Ganassi Racing)
