Pocono and ID.me began their partnership in May 2014 by first offering this verification service to U.S. military servicemen and women. The enhancement of their partnership now includes first responders, who will be able to instantaneously verify themselves against an authoritative database, and, once verified, enjoy the benefits offered at www.ID.me. Founded by two Army Rangers, ID.me is a digital identity network that enables brands to securely offer exclusive promotions to specific communities by verifying the consumer’s group affiliation.
