There will be an important message turning laps at Martinsville this weekend. For the first time, the American Cancer Society is partnering with a race team and will have a presence during the race at the STP 500. March is colon cancer awareness month and NASCAR Driver #23-JJ Yeley will be sporting the America Cancer Society logo around the track. This car has personal meaning for Richard Turner. A colon cancer survivor and now a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, Turner says it all came together perfectly. They want this car to be a voice for those who have survived cancer and to remind others to always be up to date with their check ups.(WDBJ), see an image of the car on the #23 team paint schemes page.(3-29-2015)
