William Howard Haggard, age 87, of Charlotte departed this life on June 23, 2015. Haggard was an active salesman for Class C Solutions, formerly KAR Products, for 53 years, serving many NASCAR teams, among other industries. He was a World War II Veteran having served on the USS Alabama and USS Yorktown, was a 32nd Degree Mason, a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies and Oasis Temple of the Shrine.
