Daytona Goodyear Tire Notes:

Teams in both the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Xfinity Series will run the same Goodyear tire codes at Daytona this week . . . this is the same combination of left- and right-side tires that these teams have run at Daytona since July 2013 . . . Xfinity teams have also run this tire set-up at Talladega the past two seasons . . . as on all NASCAR ovals greater than one mile in length, teams are required to run inner liners in all four tire positions at Daytona . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire (Goodyear), see full notes, tire codes, tire pressures, set limits and more on the‚ Daytona Race Info page – Goodyear section.
