Power Wash Store owner and U.S. Army veteran, Paul Kassander was looking to tie his love for NASCAR racing and his high regard for the U.S. armed forces together. As a result, he partnered with NASCAR Sprint Cup Series #13 team Germain Racing for Sunday’s Pure Michigan 400 at Michigan International Speedway and created ‘WASH 4 WARRIORS,’ a Texas-sized vehicle washing event that is scheduled around the October NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway. ‘The Power Wash Store is thrilled to be associated with Casey Mears and the Germain Racing family at Michigan. Our values and cultures align. Casey and the team are our kind of people. We look forward to being a small part of the effort,’ said Kassander. WASH 4 WARRIORS will benefit The Boot Campaign, a national charity located in Tyler, Texas. All of the funds raised by WASH 4 WARRIORS will go to support their efforts. The Boot Campaign mission is to raise awareness of the unique challenges service members face during and post-service; and provide assistance to military personnel, past and present, and their families.(Germain Racing)
