Teams in the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Xfinity Series will run completely different tire set-ups at Charlotte . . . for Sprint Cup, this is the same combination of left- and right-side tires that teams ran both weeks at Charlotte in May . . . as on all NASCAR ovals greater than one mile in length, teams are required to run inner liners in all four tire positions at Charlotte . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire (Goodyear), see tire codes, tire pressures, set limits and more on Jayski.com’s Charlotte race info page
