Bryce Napier will pilot the #49 Central Valley HHO Chevrolet for Premium Motorsports during his third NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) start at Phoenix International Raceway on Friday. Central Valley HHO, a family owned and operated company out of Central California, specializes in Global Hydrogen Technology. After years of moral support from Scott and Jen Smith in the lower divisions, the Smith’s were committed to Napier’s continuing success and wanted to become a sponsor on the larger scale. Napier made his NCWTS debut this past April at Martinsville Speedway piloting the #1 truck. As the youngest driver starting, 16 years old, Napier had an impressive finish of 23rd.
