Commercial breakdown: 2022 Xfinity 500

he Martinsville Cup race on Sunday was a lot like a celebration of movie monsters, just in time for Halloween. Denny Hamlin emulated “Dracula,” in that he sucked the life out of most of the race; but, in the end, was staked through the heart in the last moments of things. The unfortunate circumstances that plagued Kyle Busch made his disappearance in the racing action something like “The Invisible Man.” Ross Chastain’s furious, fiery lap around the track looked like it came out of the movie, “Christine.” Then Christopher Bell “Conjured” up a fabulous win in ghostly fashion, taking fans everywhere by surprise. It was no surprise, however, that there were commercials during the broadcast. For those who like to know precisely how many ads there were, and how much time they took during the broadcast, here is this week’s breakdown.
