Martin Truex Jr. seizes first win of 2020 at Martinsville:  Martin Truex Jr. won his second consecutive Martinsville Speedway race Wednesday night, ultimately cruising to a 4.232-second victory over a super competitive Team Penske trio of cars in the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500. Compared to his dominating victory at the half-mile track last Fall (he led 464 of 500 laps), Truex had to negotiate and muscle his way to the front this time. “We’ve been working a long-time on trying to figure this place out and just been chipping away at it,” said Truex, who drives the No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry.[Read More](6-10-2020)

#19-Martin Truex, Jr. won the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 NASCAR Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway. The win is his 1st of the year, 2nd win at Martinsville and 27th career win.
Pole sitter #12-Blaney finished 2nd followed by #2-Keselowski, #22-Logano, #9-Elliott, #88-Bowman, #21-DiBenedetto, #24-Byron, #1-Busch, and #48-Johnson.
Truex passed Keselowski for the lead with 130 laps remaining and never looked back, winning by more than 4 seconds.
The race was the first Cup race held at night at Martinsville Speedway.
Stage 1 was won by #22-Logano. Stage 2 was won by #48-Johnson.
There were 14 lead changes among 8 drivers and 7 cautions for 52 yellow flag laps.
