Phoenix Racing Expanding to 2 Teams, Switching to Chevys in 2007:

Phoenix Racing owner James Finch said Friday that he will run two full-time Busch Series teams in 2007 and the team will switch from Dodge to Chevy. Mike Wallace will drive one of the cars, with a sponsor to be announced in October, Finch said. That car will be #7.
