Ty Majeski wins second consecutive race in regular season finale; Truck Playoff field set: Ty Majeski took the lead on a restart with eight laps remaining in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series regular season finale Clean Harbors 250 at Richmond (Va.) Raceway to hoist his second consecutive race trophy.(Read More)(8-10-2024)

#98-Ty Majeski won the Clean Harbors 250 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at Richmond Raceway, the final race of the regular season. The win was his second of the season, first at Richmond, and the fifth Truck Series win of his career.
#19-Christian Eckes started from the pole, led 64 laps, won the opening stage, and finished second. After claiming the stage one win, Eckes locked up the regular season championship.
#17-Taylor Gray finished third, grabbing one of the three remaining Round of 10 playoff spots that was up for grabs entering the race. #99-Ben Rhodes and #43-Daniel Dye claimed the other slots. #15-Tanner Gray, #52-Stewart Friesen, and #88-Matt Crafton, a three-time series champion, will miss the playoffs. This is the first time Crafton has failed to earn a playoff spot since its inception.
#9-Grant Enfinger led the most laps of the night with 98. He finished fourth. #38-Layne Riggs was fifth.
#18-Tyler Ankrum, #99-Rhodes, #43-Dye, #25-Ty Dillon, and #91-Connor Hall, in his series debut, closed out the top-10.
There were 12 lead changes among seven drivers and nine cautions for 99 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 77.426mph.

Lap 250: Majeski wins Richmond. Eckes, Taylor Gray, Enfinger, Riggs, Ankrum, Rhodes, Dye, Dillon and Hall (in his debut).
Taylor Gray, Rhodes and Dye advance, while Tanner Gray, Friesen and Crafton miss the playoffs.
Lap 245: 5 to go as Majeski leads Enfinger, Eckes, Taylor Gray
Lap 242: Restart with Enfinger on the inside and Majeski on the outside.
Lap 237: Caution for Zilisch spin after contact from Holmes
Lap 232: Sawalich, with two tires, leads. Enfinger and Majeski pass on the restart.
Lap 227: Under yellow, Sawalich off of pitroad first with 2 tires. Enfinger and Heim follow with 4.
Lap 224: Caution. Honecutt spins, Friesen slowed. Not related incidents. Heim leads the string down pitroad.
Lap 220: Heim to the inside of Enfinge and to the lead, pretty much unchallenged. 30 to go.
Lap 200: Heim has moved his way into second, his highest showing of the night.

Lap 178: Restart. Enfinger on the outside maintains as Rhodes loses second to Eckes. Taylor Gray has some trouble and scrapes the wall.

Lap 152: Caution for multi-truck wreck. Thompson, Mssey, McGee and Moffitt involved. Looks like it began after Thompson contact with another truck.
Lap 150: Restart for stage 3. 100 laps to go.

Lap 130: While the leaders pit, Dillon and Friesen stay out, they now lead.

Lap 125: Taylor Gray to the lead thanks to a lapped truck allowing him to get by a trapped Enfinger.
Lap 115: Enfinger to the inside of Eckes and pulls ahead as they cross the line to ring up lap 116.
Lap 112: Eckes maintaining the lead over Enfinger, TayGray, Riggs and Rhodes. Gray has clinched a spot in the playoffs.
