#1-Corey Heim won the DQS Solutions & Staffing 250 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at Michigan International Speedway Saturday afternoon. The win is his first at Michigan, third of the season, and the 26th truck win of his career.
Heim held off a valiant charge from #11-Kaden Honeycutt, who finished second.
The #77 truck of Michigan native Carson Hocevar was overheating and fell from the lead to third in the closing laps. He led the most laps of the day with 65 out front.
Front Row Motorsports teammates #34-Layne Riggs and #38-Chandler Smith closed out the top-five.
#62-Christopher Bell led 37 laps and swept the opening stages before finishing sixth.
#42-Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., #7-Connor Mosack, #98-Jake Garcia, and #18-Tyler Ankrum were the remainder of the top-10.
There were 20 lead changes among six drivers and seven caution flags for 34 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 119.984mph.

Race Updates:
Lap 125: Heim with the win as Honeycutt falls short at the line.
Lap 124: Last lap. Honeycutt peaks his nose out as they head into turn one. Heim pulls ahead.
Lap 123: 2 to go as Heim leads Honeycutt. Honeycutt drops back a bit to try to get momentum to slingshot by
Lap 119: Heim leads Honeycutt as Hocevar runs third. Hocevar only took 2 tires on the last stop, is running tight.
Lap 115: 10 to go as LaJoie drops down pitroad with a flat rear tire. Heim leads Hocevar as Honeycutt eyes 2nd from Hocevar. Smith and Riggs have lost some ground as the teammates battle for position.
Lap 112: Hocevar running hot. Heim moves into the lead as Hocevar tries to get the debris off of his grill.
Lap 107: The top 5 are running in one group. Smith keeps dropping low to try to make a move on Hocevar. Heim is 3rd over Honeycutt and Riggs.
Lap 101: Smith running second after the restart calms down. He’s quietly following Hocevar as Heim keeps dropping to the inside of Honeycutt.
Lap 100: Restart as Hocevar leads.
Lap 94: CAUTION for Butcher and Boyd. Heavy damage. Hocevar back to the lead.
Lap 93: Restart. Dye leads. He stayed out. Garcia, Hocevar follows.
Lap 90: CAUTION for a Majeski spin after contact with Gray. Damage to the rear of his truck. The field drops down pitroad under the yellow. Varying strategies.
Lap 86: Heim back out front and Heim follows with draft momentum. Hocevar to third.
Lap 83: Enfinger to pitroad for a flat
Lap 82: Crossing the line Hocevar jumps to the inside of Bell and makes the pass. Eckes, Rhodes and Heim follow.
Lap 81: Restart as Bell to the lead. Enfinger drops like a rock after getting shuffled
Lap 80: Choose for the restart: Hocevar and Honeycutt choose the outside with Bell and Enfinger inside
Lap 76: CAUTION for defending race winner Friesen as contact sends him spinning. He pits for fresh tires.
Lap 75: Restart with 50 to go as Hocevar leads the restart from the outside. Enfinger in the low lane.
Lap 73: NASCAR waves off the restart as there may be lightning in the area. Rain appears to be north of the track.
Lap 68: CAUTION as McFarland spins.
Lap 67: Restart. Hocevar outside with Enfinger inside.
Lap 63: Pitstops as Bell again leads them down. Hocevar fastest off over Honeycutt, Enfinger and Bell. Trouble for Heim as his crew has a problem with the jack.
Lap 60: Bell wins stage 2 as Heim settles into his tire tracks. Hocevar, Honeycutt, Smith, Eckes, Chastain, Ruggiero, Majeski and Enfinger the top-10
Lap 58: Heim closing in on Bell but can’t seem to do anything with him. Keeps poking his nose down low but Bell holds on through the center.
Lap 50: Leaders stay the same as Bell leads Heim. Trouble for Riggs as he pits under green with a flat left front.
Lap 40: Lead continues to swap hands. Heim had it temporarily but Bell back to the front. Hocevar back to third.
Lap 38: Hocevar reclaims the lead
Lap 37: Stage 2 underway. Hocevar and Bell swap positions on the backstretch with Bell leading as they cross the line.
Lap 33: Pitstops as Bell leads them down. He maintains on exit. Heim appears to be second across the line.
Lap 30: Bell with the stage 1 win over Hocevar, Honeycutt, Smith, Heim., Eckes, Ruggiero, Garcia, Chastain
Lap 27: Coming to the line with 3 to go in the stage, a change up front as Bell drives by Hocevar.
Lap 15: Hocevar leads Bell and Eckes is on his bumper in third after starting further back in the field.
Lap 14: Majeski bounces off the wall. He’s fallen outside of the top-10.
Lap 12: Restart as Hocevar leads the outside with Bell behind him. Majeski inside. Hocevar, Bell jump ahead as Majeski drops way back by the time they clock off the lap. On his own without drafting help.
Lap 7: CAUTION Muniz, Wright and Davis wreck. Hocevar leads.
Lap 5: Hocevar leads as Bell now second
Lap 3: Majeski leads lap 3 after he gets the lead on the backstretch. Hocevar makes the move as well.
Lap 2: Hemric drops down pitroad after bouncing off of the wall.
1:54pm/et Green flag as Majeski leads from the outside. Doesn’t take long and Bell jumps to the lead from the low lane and claims the first lap led.

Goodyear Tire Notes: Teams in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will run a familiar tire setup this weekend. This is the same setup teams used last month at Texas Motor Speedway, along with the same left-side tire used at Nashville and Charlotte Motor Speedway in recent weeks. As is standard at tracks one mile and longer, the 15-inch tires will also feature inner liners.
