#34-Layne Riggs started from the pole and won the Team EJP 175 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday en route to the regular season championship and the top seed for the Chase. The win is his series-leading sixth of the season, first at New Hampshire, and the 11th truck win of his career.
Riggs’ Front Row teammate #38-Chandler Smith was second, followed by #11-Kaden Honeycutt in third.
#52-Stewart Friesen did everything he could to make the Chase, but a fourth place finish wasn’t enough. He missed the cut to #18-Tyler Ankrum, falling just points short.
#71-Connor Zilisch swept the opening stages and finished fifth.
#77-Tristan McKee scored his career-best sixth place showing in just his second start.

Race Updates:
Riggs with the win over Smith, Honeycutt, Friesen, Zilisch the top-5. Ankrum gets the final Chase spot, finishing 16th. Riggs also the regular season champion.
Overtime attempt #2: Riggs takes the outside. Honeycutt will line up diorectly behind him. Friesen inside for the restart from 4th.
CAUTION: Ruggiero spins inside of Riggs and collects Mosack with heavy damage. Eckes, Sutton also appear to get some contact.
