Looks like Morgan Shepherd will not attempt to make the TranSouth 400 but will take over for Mike Skinner at the first caution as Skinner has not healed from the Atlanta accident. Skinner will practice, qualify and start the #31 Lowes Chevy(Thats Racin)(3-18-98)
