Ricky Hendrick, son of Winston Cup team owner Rick Hendrick, scored his third late-model stock victory of the season in a race at Concord Motorsport Park. Hendrick won the race after starting from the outside pole.(That’s Racin’), Hendrick is rumored to be one of the drivers being considered for the Jeff Gordon/Ray Evernham BGN team that will run a limited schedule in 1999.(9-24-98)
