Effective Wednesday, July 21, 1999, Williams TravelCenters (Nashville, TN) has terminated its 1999 BGN sponsorship agreement with L.A.R. Motorsports and the #28 car. Williams TravelCenters and three-time Nashville Speedway Champion, Winston Racing Series Heartland Region Champion Andy Kirby will pursue other opportunities in the BGN Series. The potential exists for the Williams / Kirby team to still compete in several BGN events in 1999.
