1999 ARCA Champ Bill Baird is running a part time ARCA schedule and plans to attempt four Winston Cup races in 2000. Both Pocono races and the Brickyard 400 are planned along with an un-named race. The team is looking for a sponsor for it’s ARCA and Cup operation(Bill Baird Site(3-21-2000)
