Wind Tunnel: Ottawa’s Dr. Vinh Nguyen is doing his absolute best to keep it the wind tunnel in Ottawa a secret. Dr. Nguyen operates the National Research Council’s wind tunnel at Uplands Air Force base, which is the home away from home for many of NASCAR’s Winston Cup teams.
