XM Satellite- NASCAR Radio (Subscription Required) reports that the #19 Braun Racing team has been penalized 25 owners and drivers points and crew chief Patrick Donahue has been fined $5,000 and suspended the next two Busch Series races for unapproved wheel hubs. Owner is Todd Braun and the driver is Chad Blount.(4-1-2003)
