The addition of veteran crew chief James Ince to Ashton Lewis’ Busch Series team seems to be paying off. Lewis was in contention for the victory in the Tropicana Twister 300 at Chicagoland Speedway and finished a season-best fifth. “We felt like we had a car that could have won the race, but it did not work out in our favor at the end,” Lewis said. “It is evident that we have made tremendous improvements in our program since the beginning of the year.
