SS Racing readies for their 2nd Craftsman Truck Series start of 2004 at Richmond International Raceway. The team will be sponsored by Indianapolis based ASILIMITED Building Enclosure Specialists. Butch Miller will pilot the #08 ASILIMITED Silverado in the Kroger 200 at Richmond International Raceway September 09, 2004. This will be Miller’s 110th career start in the truck series, compiling 1 win, 23 top 5’s and 50 top 10’s. “We had a great start for this team at IRP” says Miller. “We qualified 27th and finished 24th in one of the most competitive fields I have seen since I began in the Truck Series.” Currently SS Racing is running (3) teams in the ASA Series including the #06 ditech.com/GMAC Chevy through an alliance with NEXTEL Cup powerhouse Hendrick Motorsports and driven by open wheel star Kyle Krisiloff.
