Todd Barrott to help out Mike Wallace:

#4-Mike Wallace is going to receive a little help from his friends this weekend, and he believes that will lead to a good finish at one of his favorite race tracks, Dover International Speedway. With crew chief Tony Lambert sidelined after some nasal surgery last week, Todd Parrott of Robert Yates Racing will “call the race (the Stacker 200 on Saturday) for us,” says Wallace. “I really want to thank Todd and everyone at Robert Yates Racing for helping us out this weekend, adds Wallace. “With Tony not being at the race track, three of our regular crew guys, Blair Betts, Bob Meese and John Lach, will be acting co-crew chiefs this weekend on the GEICO/Sport Clips Ford, and Todd will come over on Saturday and be the one on top of the pit box. He is one of the best in the business at calling races so we couldn’t be in better hands.” While Parrott will be quite busy with his regular job, crew chief for Elliott Sadler on the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series, on Friday at Dover, Parrott has agreed to ‘loan’ a crew member to Wallace’s team during practice, qualifying and happy hour.(Moore On Motorsports PR), it was mentioned during Busch Series qualifying that Rick Ren, who will be the crew chief for the Robert Yates Racing Busch team, will also be working with the #4 Mike Wallace team at Dover.(9-24-2004)
