UPDATE: Charles Lewandoski, driver of the #01 NASCAR Grand National Division, Busch North Series entry, has announced today his intentions to compete in the full 2005 BNS schedule with a goal of capturing the Auto Meter Rookie of the Year title. In order to assure that Charles Lewandoski Racing has all the necessary tools and equipment for success, the team is currently relocating to Concord, North Carolina and has named David Hirsch Crew Chief of the #01 Chevrolets for the 2005 season. “Everything about our team has improved this off-season,” Lewandoski said. “A ton of opportunities like our move to North Carolina and our solid personnel and equipment improvements have come together in a way that will only help me and the team in 2005 and beyond.
