Todd Kluever was the Raybestos Rookie at Chicagoland . Kluever finished 18th and took top rookie honors for the fifth time this season. Burney Lamar leads the Raybestos Rookie standings by eight points (169-161) over John Andretti entering the New England 200 at New Hampshire.
