#4 Morgan McClure Motorsports sponsor, State Water Heaters, has a new website for the team: State Racing: stateracing.com. Also of note…looks like the #4 team and #09 team had ownership swaps of some sort. With the #09 [109] now on the Owners Points Standings as being owned by Larry McClure [the owner of the #4 team Ward Burton drives for] and the #4 team is now being shown in 38th, with the owner as James Finch with owners points from the race at Daytona [160] and from Las Vegas [34] for a total of 194 and 38th in the owners points, however the team is listed with only two attempts…and it is my understanding [waiting on an answer] that to get a guaranteed top 35 spot, a team has to attempt [not run] all the races and that the field is filled after qualifying is cancelled by top 35 in owners points, other criteria [past champ, past winners] and then the by race attempts with owners points breaking the tie.(3-13-2007)
