Haas CNC Racing announced today that 2007 ASA Late Model Champion Travis Dassow will pilot the #8 MRD Motorsports Chevy in the Oct. 20 Craftsman Truck Series event at Martinsville Speedway. Dassow, who wrapped up his championship by finishing third in the ASA Challenge Series race at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, FL Saturday, will drive the #8 Chevy at Martinsville as part of the Haas CNC Racing driver development program. Chad McCumbee will remain the primary driver of the #8 Chevy through the remainder of the season.(Haas CNC PR)(10-2-2007)
