Roger Penske says he talked with Ryan Newman but enough sponsorship wasnt there for 3rd car, says Newman could return in 2014 but Hornish first option for 3 teams. Penske says theyve eatablished a relationship with Roush Fenway Racings, says sharing notes will be beneficial.
