Allmendinger won the Johnsonville Sausage 200 at Road America. #31-Justin Allgaier finished second followed by #77-Parker Kligerman, #54-Owen Kelly, #12-Sam Hornish, Jr., #20-Brain Vickers, #32-Kyle Larson, #44-Cole Whitt, #11-Elliott Sadler, and #3-Austin Dillon. It is Allmendingers first NASCAR win. The race took two green-white-checker attempts to finish. Points leader #7-Regan Smith wrecked on the last lap and was unable to restart. He finsihed 32nd and his point lead fell from 58 to 28. #31-Justin Allgaier is now second. There were 8 cautions for 16 laps and 11 lead changes among 7 leaders.
