State Water Heaters , in June announced it would sponsor the #39 Chevy of Ryan Newman at Martinsville in October will also sponsor the #39 Chevy in the AAA 400 Sprint Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway in Sept. Newman heads to Dover looking not only for his second win of the season, but also to improve on his ninth-place position in the Chase standings.
