Truck teams have run this same tire set-up at Texas since 2011 . . . in the Cup and Nationwide Series, they have run this left-side tire code (D-4392) at Texas since 2011, though it was just paired with this right-side tire code (D-4418) this season . . . while this right-side code is unique to Texas, this left-side code is also run by NASCAR teams at Chicagoland (all three series), Darlington (Sprint Cup and Nationwide) and Homestead (all three series) in 2013 . . . as on all NASCAR ovals greater than one mile in length, teams are required to run inner liners in all four tire positions at Texas . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.(Goodyear), see full notes, trie codes, tire pressures on the Texas Race Info page – Goodyear section .
