The selections of pit stalls for the AAA Texas 500 Sprint Cup Series race at Texas Motor Speedway have been made. Pole sitter #99-Edwards chose pit stall 1 [as do most pole sitters]. Outside pole sitter #2-Keselowski took pit stall 14, with an opening in front of it. #48-Johnson, who starts 3rd, took the 43rd and final pit stall. #20-Kesenth, who starts 6th, too the 34th pit stall, with an opening behind it.
