Martinsville Speedway Offers Replica Grandfather Clocks With STP 500 Ticket Purchase: As part of its 70th anniversary celebration, Martinsville Speedway is offering fans a little something extra when they purchase a ticket to the STP 500 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race on April 2. Any fan who purchases the “Grandfather Clock Ticket Package” will receive a six-inch commemorative replica of the track’s iconic grandfather clock trophy. The $70 ticket package includes a race ticket in select seat locations throughout the track and a voucher to be redeemed at the track to pick up the clock. The “Grandfather Clock Ticket Package” will be available while supplies last or until January 31. In addition, each person who purchases a ticket will be entered into the Fans 500 Sweepstakes, where one lucky ticket holder will receive the same grandfather clock trophy the winners take home. Racing returns to Martinsville Speedway for the STP 500 race weekend, March 31-April 2, 2017.
